The 24-hour front desk proved invaluable with our little ones' unpredictable schedules, while the room service ensured we could enjoy a quiet, relaxing evening after a day of exploring. The tour desk helped us navigate the city's hidden gems, and the gift shop was a convenient stop for souvenirs.One highlight for our family was the kids' club, where the youngest members found endless entertainment and made new friends. It allowed us some peaceful moments to savor moments of relaxation or catch up on reading.Despite not being golfers, we appreciated the hotel's proximity to golfing activities, hinting at a range of options for different interests.Novotel's family-friendly amenities truly made our stay memorable, adding an extra layer of comfort and convenience for our vacation. We warmly recommend it for families seeking a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere during their travels.
